Maybe it’s angel dust?
The image shown above is nothing more than a LED flashlight held vertically at night.
Ernie and I got the inspiration to illuminate during our evening jaunt.
What you can’t see is the stream of particles flying through the beam. It recalls excited ping pong balls in the Lotto cage. But in this case they are too small to number and there is no prize.
Note also that this image was taken under a crisp, clear sky when “…..the stars at night are [were] big and bright deep in the heart of Texas…..” and not in a congested metropolitan area.
So what is that particulate carried by the wind?
Probably the same stuff that is out there during daylight when we can’t see it: pollen’s, dirt.
That’s discouraging, I thought deep breathes of country air cleansed the body as well as the soul?
Another myth bites the dust.
Unless, of course, you chose to leave your imagination to a higher authority.
